Terms of Use
"Positive Returns" is a monthly newsletter which, along with its related publications, email alerts, and other services (collectively, the
“Newsletter”) is published by Games For Life, Inc., and offered to the general public on a subscription basis. Ron Chapman Jr. M.S.,
MPA is the editor of this investment newsletter.
Games For Life, Inc. at its discretion, provides you with access to www.games-for-life.org (the “Website”), which includes, but is not
restricted to a monthly newsletter, related publications, email alerts, and other services (collectively, the “Newsletter”). By subscribing
to "Positive Returns" or making use of the Website, you agree to comply with the conditions imposed on your use of the Newsletter
and Website, as set out in these Terms and Conditions and elsewhere.
The Website and Newsletter, or portions thereof, may be outside Games For Life’s control or provided by a third party, and we do not
take responsibility for their content, or for any delays, interruptions or errors in the provisions of these additional services.
You certify that all information you provide is accurate. You also agree to maintain and update your information as necessary so that it
remains accurate and current. In the event that any information you provide is inaccurate or not up to date, we incur no liability if our
newsletter, or other information, does not reach you in a timely manner, if ever.

Billing Terms
When you subscribe to "Positive Returns", you agree to pay the $30 annual fee. This transaction is secure through our payment
processing partner, PayPal. There are no refunds for the initial, first year payment. There are refunds for renewed subscriptions if
cancelled within the first month of the renewal.

Please Note: Subscribers are resubscribed and billed automatically unless the subscriber discontinues their subscription. There will
be a reminder email sent to you a month before your subcription is renewed to allow time to discontinue your subscription should you
so choose.

Liability Disclaimers
Games For Life, Inc. is not soliciting you to execute any trade. Nothing contained in "Positive Returns" is intended to be, nor shall it be
construed as an offer to buy or sell securities or to give individual investment advice. The authors may own the securities which are
referenced in any way in the Newsletter and will make disclosures concerning their ownership of securities where relevant.
You agree that any trades you execute following "Positive Returns" are taken at your own risk.
Games For Life, Inc. nor any of its authors are a registered broker-dealer nor a registered investment advisor under the laws of the
United States of America or any State or any other jurisdiction.
The information contained in "Positive Returns" has been obtained from sources which are believed to be reliable, but its accuracy is
not guaranteed.
Where the Website or Newsletter consists of pricing or performance data, the data contained therein has been obtained from sources
believed reliable. Data computations are not guaranteed by any information service provider, third party or Games For Life, Inc. and
may not be complete. Games For Life, Inc. disclaims all warranties as to the accuracy, adequacy, quality or fitness, timeliness, non-
infringement, title, of any information for a particular purpose or use and all such warranties are expressly excluded to the fullest extent
that such warranties may be excluded by law. You bear all risk from any use or results of using any information from the Website or

Prohibited use
You shall only use the data retrieved from the Website and/or "Positive Returns" for your own personal and non-commercial purposes.
Such use will be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the requirements set out elsewhere on the Website or in the
Newsletter. You shall not copy, distribute or redistribute the data, sell, resell, re-transmit or otherwise make the data retrieved from the
Website or Newsletter available in any manner to any third party. You shall not use any of the data in connection with the issuance,
trading, marketing or promotion of investment products (e.g., derivatives, structured products, investment funds, investment portfolios,
etc. where the price, return and/or performance of the investment product is based on or related to the data) without a separate written
agreement with Games For Life, Inc., the information service provider or third party, as the case may be, that has ownership rights to
the data (e.g. Dow Jones & Company, Inc., S&P, etc.).
This agreement may be terminated by Games For Life, Inc., and we may immediately terminate your access to our services, if you
breach this Agreement or in any way infringe the copyrights or other proprietary rights or the privacy rights of Games For Life, Inc.
Following the expiration or termination of this agreement, you shall no longer have the right to access the subscriber-only portions of
the services. You shall not be entitled to a refund of any subscription monies paid to Games For Life, Inc. in the event access is
terminated for cause.
Unauthorized access to our sites is a breach of these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to access our sites by any means other
than through the interfaces we provide for use in our accessing our site.

Games For Life, Inc. may edit this entire policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes, we will notify you by posting a
prominent announcement on our pages.
